  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons allulose/monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

🍳 Instructions

  1. Combine beef broth, tomato sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire, and sweetener in a saucepan. Whisk.
  2. Add all spices and stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 20-25 minutes.
  4. The sauce should be thinner than KC style -- more of a mop or finishing sauce.
  5. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Let cool and refrigerate.
