🧵 Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons lemon zest, dried and ground
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

🍳 Instructions

  1. If using fresh lemon zest, spread on a baking sheet and dry at 170F for 2 hours, or air dry 24 hours.
  2. Grind dried zest to a powder.
  3. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
  4. Excellent on chicken, fish, and vegetables before grilling.
